This is the amber reverse NCL midget.  I have a set of amber NCL jars (although my HG is "NCL Co" rather than "NCL" as here).  You can see the quart here.  "Set" in jar lingo means all sizes of the jar, generally pint, quart and Half Gallon.  Amber midget masons are rare and difficult to find so this is a difficult set to put together.

"Midget" refers to a pint with a shape similar to it's quart size.  They're relatively common in aqua and run $25-50 apiece in that color, but amber ones are highly prized and run in the thousands of dollars.

The "NC" of NCL refers to "Nail City" and I can't think right now what the "L" refers to.

This jar is actually more common in its amber color than in its aqua coloration but, as with other similar jars (Leader, Safety, etc) the aesthetic considerations win out and the more common amber version is generally prices higher than the less common aqua versions.  Hey - nobody said jar prices have anything to do with logic!
